Returns & Exchanges
Not working for you? We understand that returning an item might be necessary. Return or exchange within 14 business days. This only apply for new, unwashed, unworn, and undamaged products. Any items that doesn’t arrive in a new condition without prior authorizations will be reviewed by our receiving team; if not acceptable, will be returned to customer. Furry friends are the best and we love them! Any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged item that are returned to us with pet hair will incur $10 restocking fee.
Due to nature of some of our products, all beads and other jewelries cannot be returned. Gift cards cannot be returned. Returns of orders made through Facebook and Instagram shop are only eligible for store credit only(no refunds).
To ensure a smooth return process, we kindly ask customers to cover the cost of return shipping. You can always choose to exchange the item for a different size or color free of charge. Please package the products well and preferably use a shipping method with track and trace. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. Please keep your receipt as a proof shipment. Afro-Luk cannot be held responsible for missing returns. All custom duties will need to be paid by customer before we can accept the package.
After we receive and approve the return, we will refund the purchase amount within 5-10 business days via the payment method used during the original order.
Before starting the return process, we ask you carefully read the Return policy. After submitting your return request, we will contact you about the follow-up of your return. After we have processed it, you will receive the return instruction email.
Please note: You can only return order if it is within 14 days of receiving your order. Return requests for older orders can unfortunately not be processed.
